Manage ads - google play app ?

I started with two apps that I published on Google Play, I'm not a developer, I only bought two source codes and I worked on the content, currently I have one application ranked top 5 and another in the top 30, according to this little experience I did not like advertisements that appeared on my applications even if I used as many filters as possible (ADMOB) and I would like to know is it possible to integrate one's own advertising? to control the content of the advertisement?
