Why aren't my Facebook ads delivering? I'm trying everything...

Hey everyone,

I've just launched an ecom store. I've been trying to run FB ads, but having a few pretty annoying issues. I was running about 4 ads for a couple days and everything was fine, but overnight they all stopped delivering.

Any new ads I create will spend $0 of their allocated budget, and get 0 impressions. If I sponsor a post, same thing. I've tried different products, photos, copy, budgets, targeting, optimisations, offers, no luck at all.

Facebook support have told me that the problem is my content doesn't resonate with anyone so it has a low relevance. How is that possible if I have 0 impressions? Our organic FB posts get good engagement, all our other social networks and ads are getting clicks.

I've been back and forth with FB support over the last week or so, starting to go a little insane :/

Any ideas would be hugely appreciated!

Facebook campaign takes time to boost at the very first place. But once it is live and active it will start showing you paid boost signals in Page insights and you can clearly see the ups and downs in the audience.

  • Which campaign is it? It should display results in page insights in Facebook.

    • I'm able to see the results in ad manager, the issue is that the ads aren't being shown to anyone.

I tried something else though. I boosted a post on our page from a few days ago and that worked normally, however any ad I create in ad manager is completely dead.

I'd go the path of lease resistance GPC; build 1 to 1 bonds through Facebook Posts with high engagement. Tag and thank people. Chat with folks. Help them 1 to 1. Engaged people on Facebook buy your stuff, boosting profits. Same end result as clicks and buys with ads; more intimate approach.

Do Live Broadcasts too; FB still gives juice to these offerings. Engaged fans show up, Like, comment, watch, building bonds and increasing profits.

Stop trying to force profits through 1 channel and accept profits through the channel that's working.

You definitely need to run more tests on your campaign, before finally launching it, so try to set up the right tools that could help you out on that, and i assume it should be good. You should also try to check out other offers!
