I have couple of questions related to CPA marketing:
a) What are the negatives for placing your landing page/squeeze page/advertorial/pre-sell (whatever that's termed) between an advertisement and an advertiser's lead gen page?
b) Does visitor closes the advertiser's lead gen page without entering the required information thinking that as a spam, duplication (as already submitted email on landing page (of marketer), or any other reason?
c) Is there a way the advertiser sends marketer the email of the visitor if landing page is removed from ad > marketer > advertiser steps?
