Does any one know were i can purchase text message traffic? like i will provide someone with an AD and they will text the AD to hundreds if not thousands of people in USA?

Was not impressed with quantum safelist, they need a URL for your ad, i am advertising a phone number not a website. Isnt there a more professional platform for sms marketting? Or are we still living behind times when it comes to this type of traffic?
