I have been promoting dating CPA offers since they existed.

I have always promoted PPL offers over PPS.

I have never promoted a dating email submit offer...in that, all the user has to do is submit their email. In general, I'm not a fan of email submits.

I'm also not a fan of adult dating offers. The sites are usually BS and while they can generate higher clicks. The conversions are usually poor and payouts are usually low. I will admit that it has been quite some time since I tested an adult dating site.

I favor name brand / well-known sites (name recognition / credibility) that are advertised on TV, as I have seen much higher click to conversion rates with them! They also tend to have higher payouts.

To generate traffic, I have solely acquired / used 3rd party email data. Which are basically leads of users that signed up or requested info about an offer and have given permission to receive messages from third parties.

I have mailed both data of users that signed up to a dating offer and on the backend of non targeted data. Both have worked well.

Before thinking about paid traffic, Have you created any landing pages? Promoting offers directly using paid ads is not good option.
Anyway you can try plenty of fish for targeted dating ads, But you still need to split test multiple ads and landing pages for a good result.

TrafficJunky is good my friend. You should do some split testing to find the winner campaign. If you made $13 from it then it is working.. you just need to find out the winning campaign and scale it.
