I am looking to buy traffic for a new offer I have I want to get popup redirect tabup or exit traffic I am working with popads.net but so far its not working right. I am interested in buying directly from site owners.

Anyone know a site forum or directory where a lot of sellers sell traffic. Or even a site like buysellads with deal more with cold traffic
I know DP and some of the bigger webmaster forums but looking for different opportunities

    Pop ads vast code doesn't work for me either, I'm unable to work on mobile Pop up on safari, admaven is better here, for people who looking to get a conversion by mobile traffic they offer good rates of push native for it. and performance is awesome and stable, that can be a good choice,

    You may also consider Adsterra. They offer many ad formats and it's pretty decent. I use their push ads and social bar and it satisfies me just enough to recommend it.
