Which PPV networks approve new campaigns 7 days a week?

I'm currently using mediatraffic.

The problem with them is that they approve campaigns only Monday thru Friday.

This is sometimes very inconvenient because if you come up with a new idea
on Friday night, you have to wait until Monday for your AM to approve the
campaign.

Do all ppv networks work the same way?

    Yes, I also contact my AM after setting up a new campaign...

    But what I was asking was if there are any PPV networks that approve
    new campaign throughout the week, including Saturday and Sunday.
