Help?! Trying again for EPN - do I do a new application or do I have to resubmit the original app??

I applied to Ebay partner network with a site that I shouldn't have and they turned me down.

I think I have a perfect site now but I'm not sure what to do. The "we don't want you" email says:

"If you feel that your application deserves a re-review, please forward any additional information that you would like us to consider to our Customer Support Team"

But there isn't a link to use - and I've googled it and looked on ebay and can't find a special Contact Us link that I think is right.

I've heard that they always turn you down the first time so I'd rather this not be "my first time" again.

Help!? Advice?
Thanks,
crystal

Apply with your new website after a while and you should be fine.

Also, make sure you explain your mistake well so that they know that YOU know what they're looking for. It helps a great deal, believe me.

Does anyone know what the email address is for epn Customer Support?

I just tried to put in a new application but I was told that "this email address is already registered".

...I know I can create a new address and use it BUT that seems dishonest and I'm not risking my epn account before I even get it...

So, in the email they sent me when they turned me down in Sept the email said I could forward new info to customer support but they didn't provide the address.. anyone know what it is?

(I've googled this and dug on ebay but i can't tell if the addresses i find are for buyer support or seller support or epn support - and I really need to get this done asap)

      Help!

Go to the ePN application site and sign in as a guest.

        You'll find FAQ topics.

Each topic as a contact us link for questions on that particular topic.

Use one of those contact links.

          Thank-you everyone for your input

Just want to finish off this thread by saying that I finally got approved! Yes, eBay sent me a Welcome email an hour ago and I'm so happy.

          What did i do?

          * I didn't phone or send any info to try to get them to change their mind; I just filled out the application again using a different website.

*I used almost the same email address to apply this time as i did the last time (instead of "me@anotherwebsite.com" it was "admin@anotherwebsite.com")

*The site i applied with this time has been around since 2008, is registered for still 2+ years and has about 50 blog posts. It is a baby/child site. I followed all of the notes in posts here about what to do. My 1000 character blurb they allowed was filled with info about my site, it's stats, how i'll bring in traffic and how my site will bring eBay targetted visitors.

*Also, when I applied the first time I linked to my eBay sellers account - and I did that again. I was worried they'd notice and say "didn't we already turn her down?" but I guess it was fine

*note: the site i applied with originally used to be a membership site so the content is still protected. It mostly just collects email addy's for my "learn to mealplan" people etc. So really, in hindsight there was no reason why eBay would have wanted my site

Hope that info will help someone else

Yes thanks Crystal that does help.
It clarifys in my mine what I should be doing and the sort of site I should use to apply for and Ebay Partner affiliate membership .
I had previously thought Ebay was very difficult nowadays to get into with all the new rules they have applied over the past year (09).
I've found it really easy to sell on Amazon and to join their network hassel free.

    Cheers
