Why scaling ads is harder than before (accounts vs creatives)

Hi , I've been running paid ads for a while, and honestly scaling feels much harder than it used to.

Even with creatives that worked well before, new ad accounts seem to hit limits very quickly.
Spend caps stay low, random restrictions happen, and sometimes one small payment or policy issue can kill all momentum.

If anyone is willing to share their experience, I'd really appreciate it.

    That is happening also with me and my client's accounts too. It is not new and it can be handled by twiking te creatives and texts, also a little tweeks in budgest
