Browser-based CPL games -- has anyone come across these?

Hi everyone! I'm looking for browser games with a CPL model (payment for registration/sign-up). I know there are some offers in affiliate networks like AdMachina, Admitad, and AdvGame. Are there any others? It feels like there are only three advertisers on the market. Am I mistaken?

    The CPL browser game market exists at a smaller size when compared to other verticals. Most game advertisers prefer CPA/CPI models, so pure CPL (registration-based) offers are limited.

    You can find browser game CPL offers on networks which include Admitad, AdMachina and AdvGame.
