Will eBay decline my app for their partner network if I have Amazon or Adsense on my other websites?

I'm sure I read that somewhere. So while I'm trying - again - to get approved for epn with one website, I took monetization off my other websites as well. But did I need to do that? Will eBay really look at my other sites?

I don't mind the sacrifice if it's needed BUT if not I'm missing money for no reason.

Can anyone advise? Has anyone been approved while they had ads on their other sites?

Thanks,

PS does anyone know the eBay email address to send my re-application to?

Not too long ago Ebay posted this link as a good source for knowing what they are looking for: 7 Tips for Getting Accepted into ePN – eBay Affiliate Network | Niche Store Builder

That said, eBay pretty much does whatever it wants, with a high degree of inconsistency and very poor communication.

    Good luck.

I am not a member of the EPN, but from what I have head, they don't like competition on your site, so when you are applying it is best to not have other advertisements on there.

Again, this is just what I have heard from a number of members and not my personal experience.

I got accepted last week with a new site with adsense and amazon promotions on it.

I put the site up Nov 15, posted 10 articles including some amazon product reviews with links to amazon. Plus added adsense.

Applied to EPN on Nov. 26 and got accepted Dec. 1. Was already ranked #4 when I applied. #1 the day I was accepted.

No one told me I might not be accepted.Good thing I didn't know.

In case anyone else finds themselves in my situation of wondering how to get eBay to reconsider their application, I want to share the email addresses I've found. (Now I just have to figure out how to word my email perfectly )

In digging around on the ebay epn site I found this thread (hope its okay to post it like this):

...where an eBay rep talks about getting accepted. One of her replies is as follows:

      Hello,

We have lots of questions coming in, I wanted to address all of the kinds of issues that we are hearing so that you can write in to the appropriate place to find out more details about your individual situations.

If you have submitted an application and would like to find out the status - or if your application has been rejected, please write to ePN-cs-english@ebay.com for more information on your specific application. You can also write this address if you would like to be approved into different country programs, such as India's program.

If you have questions about your business model - if you are wanting to promote eBay other than on your website, please write to ePN-cs-english@ebay.com with details about how you would like to promote eBay for approval.

Also, we have had some comments come in with questions about Network Quality. If you have specific questions about the status of your account in relation to our Network Quality team, please write to eBayPartnerNetwork-quality@ebay.com.

We have received quite a few questions in regards to the length of the application process. Our application process does take several days. eBay Partner Network receives hundreds of new applications each day, we need to take the proper amount of time to look at each application individually to ensure the quality of our network. We apologize for any inconvenience to you for this waiting period, but we are doing our best to ensure that our network remains of the highest quality for our partners.

      Best,
Amanda | eBay Partner Network Team

      Hey Debbie, whats your URL?
Im also going to attempt the EPN signup , anyone have websites already up and running? I was hoping to get a sample on what EPN really looks for. I hear EPN is very picky.

Adsense and any other network doesnt have to do anything with acceptance or rejection by ebay.
