Need Help, Baffled on a Question :(

I recieved an email back from a CPA network with this question:

"How do you plan on incentivising and promoting our offers?"

It would greatly be appreciated if someone could explain "incentivising" a little better for me and what he is trying to imply, and how it will benefits me getting accepted to the network.

Second, as far as promoting, that is referring to PPC, PPV, CPM, etc correct? Thanks in advance for all who help.

    Incentives are something like cash/points. Incentive sites are also called gpt sites, like what I own.

      If you don't mind could you give an example so i have an idea once i reply back to him. The CPA network is CPALEAD.com, and I assume that they offer incentives. So will it be on an offer when I can offer them anything to fill out the survey?

        Incentives in this sense are something you are giving away to get the customer to sign up.

          Thanks everyone, so it's safe to say that CPALEADS.COM runs off of incentives? So i could say, win a FREE laptop or give away a product that I have? Has anyone used them and are they as great as people say?

    There's a lot of people on the forum that use CPALead. I don't personally use them, but I believe they are a CPA Gateway network mainly aren't they?

    Coop, they seem to be almost exclusively or completely exclusively focused on incentivized offers using a content unlocker system. I think that should make sense to you. If that's what you meant by "gateway," then yes. They supply code so their offers will be filled out by users wanting to get to a site that has free content they desperately desire, like watching a tv show, playing games, etc.

      Do you have any examples that you would be willing to show so I or we would know one when we see one?
