Wow, mines don't really take long to get approved or disapproved at all. You may need to somehow contact them on that.

If it's been 10 days, they obviously found something they don't like. What kind of site is it? A full website or a Landing Page with a privacy policy?

Well it's not going to disapproved, it's just Under Review. Normally they disapprove it once they find something they don't like I would think.

The webpage itself is a full website with lots of content. Other ads for it have gone through within 2-4 days. The ad appears to meet all guidelines. I'm not seeing anything that violates anything on it.

That's Google for ya. I have had campaigns under review for over a month. The only reason I didn't cancel these campaigns is because I was curious to see the outcome. Adcenter doesn't give you half the hassle Adwords does, but unfortuneatly they don't give you same amount of traffic either, not by a long shot.

Google is getting more and more slow when it comes to Adwords!

If there is lot's of competition, Google gets faster and faster!

Could be quite a few different issues.

Could be what you're promoting.

Could be your budget settings.

Could be your account history.

Sounds like a lot of people have strange approval times from time to time. Google's T&C say ads are reviewed in the order they are received, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Google must funnel off ads to different queues depending on various factors. Some queues are fast, others appear to be very slow.
