Does anyone knows of a CPA that pays via Paypal? Or at least direct deposit.

I am from Singapore too. I have signed up for Primary Ads, Maxbounty, Millnic Media, Copeac.
I admit that i still face problems applying for that. I was suprised that Maxbounty called me up and just accpeted me easily.

Living outside the USA I prefer to be paid through paypal rather than waiting for checks/cheques. And in Oz banks charge about $10 to process a foreign check/cheque, which eats in if it's not that large.

Key is when you get rejected, pick up the phone and talk to them. Don't let them know you are a noob. Talk with some authority. You will get approved.
