Forcing Customers to Do 5 Offers to Get Product for Free?

I have a competitor who forces customers to go thru 5 offers to get a product for free (the same product *I* am selling).

Is this allowed?

Basically he gets them to sign up for untargeted leads.

I think that it is probably allowed, provided the offers that he is using are allowed to be exchanged for incentive.

As long as the offers are collectivized,he isn't doing anything wrong on that end. Whether he is allowed to resell or give away the product at the end of the tunnel is a different issue. For example, if he is giving away an ipod that's fine because you are able to sell ipods. But, some products like many digital products you cant sell, distribute, or give away.

So long as he is able to give away the product and the offers are allowed to be incentivized, then everything is peachy!

      Hey ken,

Question. assuming you do not have an incentive script, and assuming its a physical product like an ipod, how would you verify that one particular person filled out the offer(s). what kind of proof would you ask for?

      Thanks,

Yep this is allowed, you can market your product however you choose.
If it's a PLR package and you can give it away (always read the licence terms) then you can offer it for free and show the people any number of offers along the way to get the free product.

If he's offering his own products, then that's fine, if he's making them do other things, then that's wrong.

What kind of untargeted leads is he making them sign up to? do you have an example of one?
