Dear warriors,

i wanna create one movie site to put a cpalead gateway through wordpress.For that can i download movies from torrent andthen upload in my movie site....Is it legal or illegal and where can i get free movie themes for wordpress?

otherwise can i use embed the othersites movie links in my site

which is better? and what are the best ways to promote my movie site?

really i want to take a action....

    Well, offering movies for download is illegal, as far as I know even linking to other sites who offer them is too.

    I'm pretty sure that downloading movies and then uploading them to your site is illegal, however linking from your site to an external site that you don't own who hosts the movies I have seen many times, and also seen sites on the net that link to external movie sites so I guess this is allowed, not 100% sure though, just giving you facts.

      This is correct but it's best to put a god disclaimer on the bottom.

      Something like:

      These videos are not our property and we protect ourselves from being associated with them in any way apart from providing the links to them and/or imbedding them from another place. If you are the owner of one of these movies or are associated with the companies that do own them we can be contacted but we can't promise wel will remove the imbedded videos or any links herein.
