CPA network allows this type of traffic?

Hi,
I have some CPA offers on my site which allows this type of traffic:
Banner, Contextual, Search and social.
Is it ok if I promote this with PPC like neobux where users get paid to view my site?

      They don't allow incentive traffic. Promotion with sites like neobux where you pay people to see your site can be named incentive?

    Why would a user feel inclined to buy something from the site if he gets paid to get there in the first place? Quality will be very low and once the network analyses your stats you might get kicked. Do something more legit.

      I thought of that because I'm new in this and I don't have money for google. I sow this sites have offers like this: 1000 US visitors for 5$. Bu for example if I have 100 clicks and just 5 conversion I might get kicked?
