Facebook or Content Network?

Would love to hear from Warriors about these two traffic methods for CPA offers...

Which has proven more effective?

Any and all enlightenment is always appreciated.

I would stick with the content network, the traffic is cheaper for most niches and i find that it converts better for me, also getting your ad approved on facebook is a nightmare.

The right answer and decision from you actually actually depends on the offer and how well proven to work is. So here is what I would do. First run a quick Content Network campaign. Collect some data see how it performs, looks at your demographics and then do a quick fine tuning. If the offer improves then by all means transfer it to FaceBook. FB will most like be more expensive but at least you already have some peformance results.

      Good luck!

I do think it depends on your offer. When I ran an ad for Traffic Ultimatum, it was ok..

The big difference with Facebook is that it is essentially interruption marketing. Yes you can target by demographics but basically your ad needs to stand out and grab someones attention who isn't looking for your product at the time.

When you start on FB defininitely bid CPM not CPC - you will have much more success initially - then move to a CPC once you find a successful campaign and also have some stats as to your costs and conversions.

With the Content network you are at least running ads on sites that are related to your niche so your conversions "should" be better.

Again - test, track and tweak

  • Typicall freebie type offers or short form CPA offers work best with Facebook. It's not the best for promoting clickbank type offers.
