Noob question regarding CPA marketing

Hi,

I'm just starting my first CPA campaign over at affiliate.com, the only network that accepted me

I bought a new domain and I just want to put a big banner on the home page and then drive traffic to it.

I have found some interesting offers that I'd like to promote and the creatives I like the most for my website are: "Email Creative to use when sending an email to your newsletters."

They look great and I would like to use them on my homepage.

My question: From your experience, can I use email creatives on web-pages? Could I get banned or penalized for doing so?

    If you are collecting emails on a web site and creating a list then no, you can use email creative when sending these folks an email offer.

    If you want a banner look at the banner creatives and use those. Some offers only accept certain types of traffic. If an offer accepts email traffic only, then no, you cannot use banners and they wont list any banner or image creatives.

    So look at the terms of the specific offer.

      The offers I'm looking to promote accept email, banner and search traffic so they aren't looking only for email leads.

      All the offers provide me with banners that I can use for promotion, but the email creatives look a lot better than a simple banner because they have some extra added text and because they are bigger than normal banners.

      I just want to use the email creatives that they provide me with instead of their banner creatives, which are not that good.

      I'm not collecting any emails on my site, I just send traffic to it and then the traffic clicks on the offer...that's it.

    Oh I see. You should probably be fine using those images but you may want to check with your aff manager just to be 100% sure. Some advertisers are quite picky and I would hate for you to lose yoru commissions.

    Plus its a great idea to get buddy buddy with them as soon as possible anyway!!
