I do not currently use PPC but I would think that
financial services, health and life insurance, credit
cards, mortgage, foreclosure, etc. would be good
areas to start with, although all of these are very
competitive. You should just start with something
and conduct research along the way until you find
what works because you can easily diversify with
affiliate marketing.

The best are credit and insurance. However, most of the biggies are very restrictive about their affiliates. I belonged to one $7 per lead program in the credit market, but it seems when no sale was made they invalidated the leads as a violation of their terms and conditions. Only then did I see the "fine" print that said referred visitors must be ready to buy. So much for PPL with those people.

For those industries I'm having my best luck writing articles with Google Adsense on the side. Some of those sites are paying $20+ in Adwords and the trickle down is pretty good.

I am promoting some dating sites from neverblue but get struck at one point is traffic. i am not able to bring a decent traffic. Also i am promoting email submit offers. So does any body help me on how to get decent traffic and i don't want to try ppc.

Your only option is to test. Nobody in their right mind is going to tell you what CPA offer is making them money. That's more competition for them.

No doubt those are hot niches, always very profitable.
But what are you guys spending on PPC per day to drive traffic to those offers?
So many keywords have 20+ adwords ads, unless your going for very long tails (and thus less traffic), are you spending big $$ on PPC to compete?

That point is worth thinking about. You need to think about your conversion rate and CPC.

If you can do a 10% conversion on the $1 leads, you need to be paying $.10 per click just to break even. Both difficult tasks if you're green.

If you can do a 1% conversion on the $50 actions, you can spend $.50 per click and break even.

My vote is for Health and Weight lose. You will have to give it time and learn them before you'll see good returns.

Im going to say dating first because even when i use crappy ppc networks i still manage tons of conversions. Nest is definitely weight loss no matter what even some of the expensive search terms produce enough conversions that paying high for a click is worth it.

To be honest, if you have joined some cpa networks, this is what your rep should be able to tell you, also you can check how a campaign is performing on a network. Build a relationship with your network of choice, show them you are serious, and they will help you anyway they can.
What any of us tell you on here is no different than you can find out from the networks you work with, it is in their interest to help you. What I would say is, the way to choose the campaigns you work with on ppc depends on the budget you have , and the ROI target you are using.

For example .
You can't pick " payday loans " as a keyword, pay over $1 per click for it, and wait 6 weeks to be paid for conversons if you only have 1000 bucks to work with. If you need an income of 3000 per month, and you work on 100%ROI you need to spend 3k to make 6k.
I have said it before on here, you need a plan first, and that plan has to be based on what you want, not what works for someone else. Can you make money with CPA ? - Yes. Is it easy ? No, if it was everyone would do it.

With respect, I have campaigns that work very well, but it took my time , effort, and a great deal of testing to get that way. I am hardly going to post exactly how or what they are.

I think you just have to pick some good offers that convert and test 5 at a time..
