Is It Really Allowed to Test CPA Offers Using Adwords?

Hi Warriors

I was reading Google Adwords Policies recently and then I came to following statement:

"Scams/Phishing for Personal Information

Don't use phishing or other scamming tactics.

Advertising is not permitted for sites collecting sensitive personal information or money with fake forms, false claims or unauthorised use of Google Trademarks. Examples of personal information include email addresses, usernames, passwords and/or payment information. In addition, advertising is not permitted for 'run your car on water' programmes or content."

I'm testing one CPA offer which only asks email address. So does this mean that if I advertise on Adwords I will break the rules because according to that statement I can't ask email address in that campaign? I'm not using this on any purpose of phishing or scamming.

Assuming your cpa offer is legit and you aren't doing anything farty to promote it (which i'm assuming you aren't)then you aren't breaking any rules. If the cpa offer is somehow making false claims or using false forms (maybe even iframing just the email submit portion of a cpa offer) then it would be a problem.

This is directed more towards people doing fart deceptive methods.

But you probably will wan to build a lp anyway

Yes, definitely I'm going to build Landin Page but before that I just want to test that offer. If it converts then I will build the Landing Page and scale that campaign more, but this is just for testing it first. Also I don't want to give any hoax cpa offers for clients, they don't deserve them and its very stupid to even offer those kind of cpa offers just to get money.

Thank you for your help Kenster.

Of course you are allowed to test CPA with Adwords. If a reputable company with a legitimate offer is behind all this, then you can use adwords no problem.

They just dont want the 419 scammers and phising idiots to advertize but you should be fine.

E-mail submits are not allowed on Google, however they do accept any CPA offer that falls within there guidelines.

-You can not cloak your web site
-You can not give direct link to CPA offer
-You can not write different URL s destination and ad URL
    BUT
-You are allowed to make a landing page
-You are allowed to do every possible action to make visitor to click your offer For Main CPA offer

Google is too simple and easy just thing that, what will you do if you own google are you gonna allow your own action?
