How Do I get into the CPA networks?

It's quite easy actually.. As long as you have a website then you can get accepted.

When you sign up.. the affiliate manager will "Screen" you. They will ask you questions like "How much traffic does your website get"? "Where does it come from?" "Is it organic"?

They are asking this because the more people you have.. the more money you and they can make.

DONT worry if you don't have any traffic yet. Just let your manager know your plans on getting traffic (such as adwords, backlinking, social bookmarking) if they are seeing that you are atleast trying they will let you into the system.

Yes, make sure you are taking the initiative and calling them first. If you cant get through try again and again. This is probably the single most important step in the process.

Wow, thanks for all the help, I'm going to try to reapply to some of these programs and get back to you all. Right now I do about 100 hits a day on my main site so I wasn't sure whether I was getting screened out because I didn't have any traffic.

If everyone is rejecting you then it must be the site you are providing in your application. Maybe you should try more of a link oriented affiliate network.

I filled out my application from one of the well known CPA network's one evening before bed when I was first getting started with CPA and the next day I woke up to an email in my inbox that said...I have been Rejected!! I was not going to take no and sent them an email back and I got a phone call later that day. After a brief conversation I was accepted into the network. I also did not have any sites to show them at the time. So Just be persistent and you will start getting into network's.

Its all about the phone verification. Tell them you can drive traffic and generate lots of quality sales/leads for them, and tell them you are very dedicated and this is YOUR thing

I'm a newb and want to get approved too. I've read lots of info on here and a couple of wso's about applying and following through with a call. What I'd like to know is if you do have site to show them what criteria should it meet? I've read it should be everything from a very professional marketer's site to just about anything will do. Different opinions prevail. I have a adsense site with just a few pages and would like to apply to Neverblue and ECM. What do you guys think? Should I add to my site, or go for it now? Thanks.

There really is no major secret to getting approved. I think most of the reputable networks just want to make sure you are legit. Letting them know how you are media buying and a little bit more about your efforts go a long way.

Will be more difficult if you go into it with the strategy of saying you will be promoting via email with a list of only 1000. Maybe try applying using the paid search route.

It really is not that hard

I agree, what we all need to realize is this is a business and the real world, you need to connect and talk to someone to do business with them. They only want to verify that your a real affiliate, they aren't there to be scary or keep newbies out.

Hi Liam,

It may be because you have answered wrongly in your interview. CPA networks are kind of picky nowadays. Too many people are joining and they are more interested on results. If it would be of interest to you, you can try downloading the e-book in my siggy. It practically contains everything that you need to get accepted into a CPA network.
