What platform do you use to TEST CPA offers?

By platform, what I mean is the landing page you setup. Let's say you find a new offer in a new niche and want to create a landing page for it, etc. Instead of setting up a whole blog on it, how do you setup your landing page for it?

Do you use something like Blogger.com and set up something quick?

Just curious as to HOW and WHAT you use to setup a quick test (for landing pages only, not direct linking of course).

Thanks!

If I do a landing page, it is always on my own host. I have created pages using XsitePro, simple html, and Wordpress.

Last week I decided to try something different for a project (more than just landing pages needed) so I tried out a WSO by fellow warrior CarloD.

You can read my (positive) comments in the WSO here:

On your own host, but do you create a whole new domain each time?

Yes - typically using an SEO friendly domain name. Might as well get the free traffic to it in addition to the paid traffic.

If you keep a generic domain name in your inventory, you can make a quick, keyword specific sub-domain to run your test on.

Example of generic domain name: daynedeals.com

    Example of offer sub-domain: redlobsteroffer.daynedeals.com

So if you go the subdomain route, do you simply install wordpress on it and create a blog/landing page? Or do you simply just create a simple HTML page?

There are general templates that are normally good across all niches and can be used for testing. For example, if you optimize a review site campaign, then its not terribly difficult to migrate that same deisgn to another niche to test those offers. Change up the copy, images, and offers shouldnt take too long and voila, you have a good base landing page to work with.

You will need to optimize this new landing page but for the time being it should be good for testing!
