CX Digital Media Suspended my account without reason

Hi Warriors,

I have a unique issue. I had opened a CX Digital CPA account around 4 months back and never promoted their products until a few weeks back because I did not have good experience with CPA. Now that I have some experience, I started promoting and suddenly once I reached $200 my account was suspended without reason.

I raised a ticket with their customer support, but every time I ask for an update, I get a standard answer that my query has been passed on to my affiliate manager. Whenever, I call the affiliate manager, it goes on Voice mail and when I leave a voice mail with details, they never get back to me. Do CPA Networks usually show case such poor customer service?

I would appreciate any suggestions that can help me resolve this issue.

Thank you all in advance.

that's exactly the number I had called, and they connect me to my affiliate manager's phone where it goes to voice mail. Will asking for a director make a difference?

Do you have an Instant Messenger ID for your AM? Drop them an IM note and see if they respond.

Ok, I have now got a response from the affiliate manager. He says that the advertiser had a problem with the leads generated by me. So, the senior managers decided to suspend my account. I wrote back to them with an appeal.

And were you promoting 100% whitehat?

Maybe if they found out you were doing something completely against the rules they are purposely not speaking to you.

If you were doing everything correctly, follow the above advice and I'm sure they will tell you exactly what happened and why. Ive had good experiences with them!

yeah...whatever I do is White Hat. I mean I hardly know anything...and I am still learning stuff. All I know is what I learned from the forum. I can't do anything apart from White Hat.

If you hardly know anything then maybe you promoted the wrong way by accident. But the good news is that it probably wasnt blatant deception so the networks will most likely understand.

The tough part is getting somebody on the phone, once you do, just explain everything as sincerely as possible.

Networks make mistakes (denying commissions or over paying) all the time. Normally the former, but the point is that mistakes happen in any business.

      Best of luck

Yeah...I got a reply once again from the AM, he will follow-up with the Advertiser and get back to me with more details. I asked them for details on which lead they are doubting. One of my friend's says that advertisers can sometimes play and smart and purposely don't want to pay affiliates and pocket sales for free. I appear to be a victim of this. Let us see what happens.

Keep us updated. I am curious to see what happens next. Hopefully the appeal goes through and they see it as a misunderstanding.

cxDigital has the lowest epc's of the CPA networks I use (not sure why). Tell them you'll just go elsewhere

Cxdigital is not the greatest in the world, but they are pretty good. Just keep at them. Like any network they will have problems from time to time but most people I see talk about them talk about them positively.
