Need some advice! (Poker leads)

Hey all!

Love the forum, been reading a lot, and tried to search for a previous thread covering my exact question...

I have a source of traffic that would convert very well to a reputable/established online poker site (i.e. PokerStars, Full Tilt), I was wondering what CPA network does business with those guys? I didn't find anything on OfferVault or Affspy. Should I just start registering with the top ones (Max Bounty, Azoogle, Neverblue, CX, Hydra) to see what they have?

Thanks a lot in advance!

  • A lot of those poker sites have their own affiliate programs. I would start there, rather than cpa networks.

    • Absolutely, its much better going direct. Try Bodog Poker, they pay well
  • Thanks Icelander!

I plan to use a free PDF report as an incentive to drive traffic to the poker offer.

Would you say this is a good approach:
    - Create landing page that offers juicy information, promises more with free report.
    - User has to opt-in and confirm email to receive report. Thank you page leads directly to offer.
    - Free report is sent as auto-response. Affiliate links within report remind them to take offer.
    ???
    - Profit

Edit: Thanks Frank, that was a quick post!

    • Hey, thanks for the encouraging words!

I've already written the Free Report actually, but I'm very reluctant to even try using this particular one as a paid report - I reference Zynga and their games, and frankly I'm scared of their legal team. (RIP T. Sanders?)
  • If offvault and affspy dont have anything you like then dont even bother checking out the networks. From my experience, offervault is a good indicator of which offers cpa networks are running.

And yes, for some niches like poker, it is better to go direct. There are plenty of programs to pick from.

    • Thanks! BTW many of these poker programs explicitly state "no unsolicited email marketing," does this mean permission marketing through opt-in lists should be avoided?
  • Hi,
You can try AdSend Media they have poker campaigns.
    It is just in case.
