Help with selling leads

I could really use some help. I have a website that is generating a lot of qualified leads with full contact information. I am looking for the best place to sell them, but when I do a search on "where to sell qualified leads" I come up with a bunch of companies that are selling leads, not buying. The few that I am coming up with are big companies that buy your leads and sell them for you - but only give you an average of $2 per lead. I know my leads are worth a whole lot more than that.

Anyone know of a good place to go and do research on pay per lead, per industry?

I'm selling leads of homeowners who are signing up to get 400 free first-class DIY home remodeling videos.

So really, I could take the leads into a lot of different areas.

If the companies are selling leads then they are quite possibly open to buying them as well. You may have to be proactive about this even if it's not mentioned in their ads or on the site. Most likely their ads and site are targeting lead buyers, not lead sellers for seemingly obvious reasons. Sometimes you can find ma and pa lead brokers as well who will give you more personal attention. I used to sell leads like this, and I would set things up to automate delivery either in real-time or batches to the buyers, and leave it to them to do the scrubbing and sorting (may require some trust). Then if there were state exclusions I would either find other buyers or send those visitors to cpa offers. Another route is to find your own clients (contact professionals in the industry, almost everyone needs new clients and good leads). Personally I preferred to work with lead brokers rather than individual clients, but they can both work. Also, if there are existing cpa offers that are compatible with your leads, you can contact the networks or the advertisers directly and try to work something out.

Mortgage leads are no good these days.. Loans are tougher and people are not qualifying easily
