directcpv services sucks

Hello,

I want to share with you about the lazy services of directcpv.

3 days ago I was about to send funds to directcpv.com through my paypal and start a campaign and at that time my manager whose name is champagne said within 1 hour or 2 my funds will be deposited into my account but unfortunately my paypal was giving some problems so it got delayed by 2 days.

Then yesterday I sent money to directcpv.com through my paypal and when contacted my manager said she can't help in getting my money deposited into my account as the accounts section is different and they will approve only at the end of the day. I felt bad as I was eager to start my campaign but I have decided to wait. But even now after passing more than 24 hours my account is not yet activated neither the funds has been deposited into my account. Now even my manager is not online.
Time is more precious and I lost all the day waiting for my funds to get deposited so that I can start the account and really their lazy services sucks.

I feel by creating this thread these guys may escalate there speed and may be my money will be deposited into my account.

If any directcpv COO or Manager looks at this thread please reply. If possible I want to change my manager.

You really got some traction with Zango? They do so much internal stuff it's hard to get anything approved. They received a lot of bad press back in the day in the adult biz. I wouldn't trust them but that's just me. I am surprised you got things up and running -and- made money from the traffic.

Just want to share my bad experiences with DirectCPV as well.

Before I send them funds, it was all ok, replies with 24hours max. After I send them my monies, no responses for the past 4 days!

My campaigns are on-hold, pending approval. Send them support tickets, no replies at all. I think I may have to ask PayPal to do a charge-back soon. I can understand 2 - 3 days delay, but 4 days (and counting!)?

I wouldnt have gone to them if I know they are this bad. Strongly NOT recommended.

Any others fellow warriors would recommend?

I definitely agree here. DirectCPV has some traffic and it can convert - assuming your campaigns ever get approved.

I've been having really slow approval times at Lead Impact lately too though. TrafficVance is the only one that is still really quick for me.

When I first started with DirectCPV, I actually thought they were quite good. Customer support was alright and I actually managed a few profitable campaigns. Campaigns were approved reasonably fast (24 hours). However, the last couple of weeks, support has been non existing and campaigns are taking a ridiculous amount of time to get approved/disapproved. I don't know what's going on with them.

I would imagine that Josh Todd is partially responsible for this as he actively urges newbies to sign up for DirectCPV. Also, PPVPlaybook has a lot of active threads regarding DirectCPV, which also has people rushing over there to open a new account.

The low deposit of $100 is also a reason why people are flocking over there. I think they just can't handle the amount of new users. Their customer support is overwhelmed. It seems like a good alternative to TrafficVance as the initial deposit is much lower. You get what you pay for, I guess.
    Just my opinion

I got the AutoMassTraffic "system" which is basically "use DirectCPV"...lol. Well, so far it is a complete waste of time. No response from DirectCPV, no approvals on my campaigns, nobody will answer emails or phone, site is incredibly slow. Craptacular. I guess it is time to chargeback with AMEX.

Looks like Mo is laughing all the way to the bank. With the high sales of AMT, I am pretty sure it has some effect on DirectCPV. But they should at least reply or acknowledge support tickets.

More than a week, time to move on I guess.

You have to understand at many of these companies the accounting department is in another part of the building, or may be outsourced to some office across the country. Little waiting periods like yours are not uncommon.

directcpv has the highest prices of the main ppv companies i have seen. but if you can get a product that the market at directcpv appreciates then it will be worthwhile, but that will take a lot of testing

I have had it with DirectCPV. I have a $100 in my account which I am going to try to get refunded. (If I ever get hold of any of those muppets.) Customer support is pretty much none existing. Even when campaigns are approved, I still have to wait for ages for them to start to show. I like to pump out dozens of campaigns and test and track like crazy. I find this impossible to do with Directcpv. I am going to stick with Lead impact for the time being. I have wasted 2 months of my precious time with that pseudo company. P.ssed off.

I just wrote an article about AutoMassTraffic and DirectCPV and while I normally don't get too riled up about these things, this one really ticked me off.

Bottom line is save your money, time, and frustrations for legitimate channels and honest companies. I bought the "hot selling" AutoMassTraffic and of course ended up seeing it for what it was. An elaborate marketing job of selling DirectCPV.

I figured ... whatever, as long as the network is legit. So, I put up $100 to test it out.

My ads have been "pending" for three weeks. All requests for a refund have basically been ignored. I'm going to have to do a chargeback and I hate doing that.

Their excuse was that they had "thousands of new accounts" so of course they were behind.

What gets to me is that honest, hard working people have bought this garbage and are wasting weeks of time with their money on "hold" while they hope for this bogus network to make them sales somehow.

DirectCPV and AutoMassTraffic are a waste of time and money. Period.

About 4-5 days seems normal to me for a network that size with (probably) a small staffing. I couldn't imagine waiting 3 weeks though.

Michael, you are not the only one. I had campaigns pending till today, directcpv just reply as and when they feel like it. I paid through my PayPal funds, and would hate to think I may not get it back, knowing PP.

Some of their traffic is actually not to bad. I managed to pull of a few profitable campaigns with them. The problem is their approval time and customer support in general. Shame really. Wow - glad I came across this thread!

Have spent a couple of days trying to reach DirectCPV to fund an account. Was trying to do it thru Paypal, but rather than integrate with Paypal's API they just tell you to e-mail them the money, which seems shady.

Couldn't get them to reply to an open ticket for a few days, and spent this morning trying to reach a live person. It's still early in the West Coast, so couldn't reach anyone, but thought to check some of the online marketing forums.

You guys saved me like a week of trying to find a live person at DirectCPV!

Sounds like the collective wisdom here is to go with TrafficVance.

I have also had problems with DirectCPV. I have tried setting up a campaign with no real dedicated help. Everytime i had sent them an email asking for support i just got back some kind of automated message with a list of possibilities that could be wrong with my campaign, instead of just telling me the direct problem. It is very annoying, i basically gave up on them and accepted the fact that my deposit was a waste of money. Champage the manager at DirectCPV also seems to take his time in replying to emails, no one there seems to take the job serious. My advice is to stay away from this network! They by far have the worst support system i have ever come across!

    Just my .02 cents!

I just got a response form a support ticket yesterday.

My question was about how to add funds with PayPal and how it gets added to my account.

The ticket was created on 10/18/2010 and answered on Oct 21, 2010.

Note: This was also the second ticket I created. The first was created on 10/13/2010 about the same subject and still has not been answered.

Now I'm trying to decide if I should add the funds or not. I still want to hear some feedback from you guys if you are able to use the payment and your campaigns are getting approved.

Let me know if anyone has success. Maybe they are getting their act together, maybe i just got lucky that they actually answered my question.

      the result?
      1) no answer (it's been a few days now)
      2) my account went from +60 to -40$!!!!!! (they cept running the paused campaigns)

      STAY AWAY FROM DIRECTCPV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I deposited money in DirectCPV like 2 years ago and just started using them a few months back with no issues at all. They respond to all my emails, campaigns approved within a day, they even have phone support which I've called and spoke to them personally.

What URLs were you targeting? Sounds like a high traffic URL to spend that much.

Here what it says when creating a campaign in DCPV

IMPORTANT: Daily caps below $50.00 may exceed your budget in the following cases:

You bid on high traffic domains (i.e. facebook.com, google.com,
youtube.com). Do not bid on domains which are on the Alexa Top 1000 with budgets under $50 (Alexa Top 500 Global Sites)

You bid on high traffic one-word generic keywords (i.e google, games, cars, dating, news, travel)

You set your bids above $0.05

DirectCPV may not be held responsible for overages that occur if these requirements are not met or if no cap is set.

Not sure if its always been there, but pretty sure its been there all of 2012 pretty sure.
