Facebook Traffic, something's strange here!

Yesterday, I had 51,000 banner impressions on Facebook, and had 22 clicks for a CTR of .043%. No conversions for a CB product. My bid was $.39 per 1000 impressions, but in fact, the average CPM was only $.19.

Today, I lowered my CPM bid down to $.14, since I was getting a ton of impressions quickly, and wanted to reduce my CPM, since my budget for testing is just $10 per day. Why not get 3X as many impressions for
1/3 of the price?

However, since I changed my CPM bid today, I have so far received 22,000 impressions but ONLY ONE click. Yesterday, my CTR was .043%, and today, it is only .0045%, almost a 90% reduction in my CTR.

Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen? Same ad, and nothing has changed except my CPM bid. Does FB have a way to just drive total junk traffic to those with low CPM bids? And how could they even do that, technically (not ethically!) So I decided to increase my bid above yesterday's amount to $.45 CPM

Amazingly, in the next TWENTY MINUTES, I received 29,970 visitors and 18 clicks for a CTR of .06%, or about a 1300% INCREASE in CTR when my bid was $.14. (Still no conversions)

This makes no sense to me. Why would the CTR be lower with a lower bid? I guess I have to assume that the more you're willing to pay, the higher your CTR will be. Have other Warriors had a similar experience with this, or any feedback?

Also, is anyone getting great results from FB?

Thanks
