Need help Creating a website

I am finally trying my hands with CPA offers, but every CPA Network is asking me about my website. I know absolutely nothing about building a website. Just need a quick one to put on my application for starters. Can you guys (and ladies) give me some insight on where to go and what to do?

Look around the warriors for hire or warrior services section and buy one if you have to.

You should maybe think about learning to build a website yourself, it's super easy with wordpress

Yes that would be great. I would appreciate that. Sorry I couldn't reply PM. It says you need 50 posts or something like that to do so. Which I think is crazy....

Depending on your budget, you may also be interested in purchasing a website.

There are a lot of starter websites available for sale on this forum and at other places like DP and Flippa.

I think you may look into buying a more established site though, since you are trying to impress the networks.

People tend to judge a site's value mostly by its revenue. That type of thinking allowed me to buy a non-monetized documentary site for real cheap (like $130 or so) which I sold for WAY more months after. So, in case you don't want to spend much you may be interested in looking at sites that are relatively high in traffic but are not profitable.

Getting into a CPA network is something other than just showing a website though. They want spammers out, so the game is to get them to think you are a legitimate business person. Most would call and interview you. You should search for relevant threads that go through this. When I applied for networks for the first time a few years back, I just told them that I was a big PPC spender (I was, but I was spending for my company) and that I didn't have a website. Sounding confident helped there.

As I see it, some networks do want to see a site up for some reason. That is pretty much the biggest reason I am holding on to an underachieving site (profit-wise), as it always proves to make me look good (hey I AM good, but the name of the game is persuasion... so, there.)

    Good luck with everything!

Try to find a video about making a blog. Then
buy a domain name at godaddy.com and write
some articles and you will have a website.

That's one of the main reason why I'm looking to create one. It seems like all these CPA networks are looking for people with established websites. Plus I'm trying to join Shareasale.com and you have to have a website. So it's been a little bump int the road, because I don't know how to build one or even what to build one on.

My recommendation - use wordpress and a free theme, very quick, faster and easy, all you need to do is populate with content

Have you looked into XSitePro? You can quickly build Web sites with it, including landing pages for CPA offers and for PPC. It was created for Internet marketers, specifically AdSense marketing, but now it's being used by everyone for all kinds of Web sites! It's easy to use, has built in wizards for adding audio/video, RSS/XML, opt-in forms, and tons of other features. My XSitePro Designs Web site will show you some possibilities. These are custom designs, but you can also simply use the default templates that come with XSitePro. http://www.xsiteprodesigns.com/custom-html-templates.html

Here's another possibility. You could tell them that you'll only be using PPC to promote merchants' products. With PPC, you don't need a Web site. I posted an article on my blog about how to get into any ad network. It might be helpful.

    Go to elance.com / guru.com / scriptlance.com and get a proper web-designer to build you one for around $50 - 100 bucks.

Technically speaking, you don't need a full-blown website. Its kind of annoying that the networks ask you for a website address when you're still deciding what niche to go into, and don't have anything set up.

If you really want to get into a network and start promoting offers using landing pages and PayPerClick traffic, then there are ways and means.

I'm not advocating it, but you could just pick a non-popular site URL at random, and give them that :p

I think all they care about really is that they haven't just wasted the time signing you up, if you're never going to get them any business.

It sometimes takes a little 'resourcefulness' to get approved, and get over the catch-22.

I wish you the best of luck. PM me and I'll send you one of my landing pages for FREE.

If you have the money then you should hire someone on this forum, or elance.com. You can try craigslist.com.

I strongly recommend that you use wordpress. It's super easy.

Just use Wordpress and find a simple business theme - populate it with content about what your company does (Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, PPC, SEO, etc).

Get a logo designed - and make everything look professional like you are serious about what you're doing and you will be good to go.
