help with selling ads on web-site

I currently have 200,000 page views daily and 10,000 visitors, however they are mostly european (some also asian, usa , and russian) . Can someone recommend me some ad networks or share experiences with me on how you guys are earning money from your sites.

    With 200K impressions a day you surely can make money with CPM (even if the majority of your traffic is not from US). However, I think that you could simply join a few good CPA networks, talk to your affiliate managers and try to find some offers to test with your traffic. I don't know what's your niche, but chances are that you will find something that will convert.
