Facebook and POF. However, if you don't have experience with these platforms I suggest you to buy a good guide before using them*. In my opinion, these platforms are a little bit more complicated than the search engines. However, both of them have a huge potential and you can make a lot of money with CPA if you learn how to use them.

Single guys are everywhere: the easiest to promote is on POF & FB like said above. If your experienced with PPV you can do comparison style landing pages.

You can dominate the dating vertical over social network traffic like FB/MS/PoF or take the other route via PPV.
