Do you inform people to "Read the Terms & Conditions" on Free Trial offers? I don't know but I feel like I have to because some of them don't know that they come with enrollement plan and I'm not sure if whatever product they're about to purchase lets them know about it? Your Opinion?

    Hey smolodoy,

I have ALWAYS made it a priority to fully inform all of the people who come to my blogs what they are getting into. For example, if I am referring people to a "free credit score" offer, I make sure to let them know that it is a free trial and they will be billed after "X" amount of days. That way, if they are only interested in receiving their free credit score (and not the credit monitoring and identity theft protection services), they can cancel the free trial before they are billed for the monthly membership.

I find that if you try to truly HELP people out, they are much more likely to stay on your site, and, ultimately, convert on your offer. Don't mislead people because it is only going to lead to constant refunds for all of the people you are sending to the offer. Which is then going to lead to your leads being shaved and you're going to miss out on a lot of money. Hope that helps though!

    Best of Luck,

It depends. Once I had a campaign where I not only explained everything, but also provided the phone number that they should call in order to cancel their subscription. I contacted my aff manager before launching the campaign and he said that it was ok. My conversion rate was decent but not enough to keep my PPC campaign alive.

I think that it depends on the campaign. If you think that the offer is shady maybe you could do that. However, most of times it can damage the performance of your campaign, because people may think that there are many things hidden in the TOS and consider the offer a scam (what can be true, depending on the case). Anyway, people should always read the Terms & Conditions of a site before submitting their credit card number and you don't have to pay for their irresponsibility.

Depends on the product, the higher the payout the more I work to gain trust.

I never do. Some people will regardless. Some wont. Some will, some wont, so what. Next! Let the buyer beware. Besides they can always get CLickbank refund.

No - I don't warn people about the terms and conditions. Anyone that is buying something online should take it upon themselves to read the terms or face the consequences of not reading the terms.

We're here to sell products - not to babysit the users and make sure they want it. Impulse buyers aren't going to read terms - they want it now and they will have it regardless. If you sell them on an offer and they flip that impulse switch there's no turning back for them.

I don't know I feel like I've got to, because many people are now aware of the subscription that it comes with, but on other hand that turns some sales down..
