You can sort the offers according to their EPC (earning per click) and see the top offers.

I also would recommend you to talk with your affiliate manager and ask him about the top offers. you need to take into account that your affiliate manager have high interest on your success.

If you have websites - look for offers that are relevant to your sites content.

First, get in touch with your Affiliate Manager for he/she has the best idea with how the site would work for you...

Then, after collaborating the ideas you sit down with those and formulated your own strategy that you think might work and do back up strategies aswell just incase the first ones is not that much effective...

when you found your right path then you can start counting the next dollars to come!!!

For finding the best offers, the best bet is to ask your AM's

Choose a traffic source, a promotional method and then started looking for offers that can be good for you. As others have already said, talking to your affiliate manager can save you a lot of time, money and effort. For example, if you want to use PPC to promote email/short form submits, send an email to your affiliate manager and ask him/her which offers are performing well with your traffic source. This way you don't need to start tons of offers like crazy and spending hundreds of dollars.

My advice would be to not worry about the offers right now as much as I would the traffic. Traffic is the key to a campaign, particularly as a newbie. If you have the best offer in the world, in means nothing without traffic.

Traffic is the heart but also the hard part.

I am not sure what your personal experience is, but come up with a good plan to generate traffic. Pick a direction to take....there are many. After you decide on a direction, then worry about looking at offers that match that strategy best.

-educate yourself on traffic methods
-pick a traffic method to focus on
-explore offers that may be good with that traffic
-speak to your AM and ask him/her
-make sure to find a couple of offers to split test
-optimize and track

I suggest you get yourself into solid Lead Generation, finance or travel industry are the best. But you probably wont find these offers on your "reliable" networks you just signed up at. What I do is I get a direct deal with a merchant and Im totally creamin it. I get at least 3 times a higher payout if I circumvent the network.

That's how you get rich, NOT by what everybody else is doing anyway.

As a newbie, its good to begin with networks though because you have a very wide range of offers and networks do provide some guidance that is valuable to people just starting. Most networks dont take a huge cut of the commission. Especially if you start doing large amounts of volume, they only take a tiny slice.

The truth is that many newbs wouldnt even have a clue of the wide range of offers that exist without networks.

There is a process to starting in CPA and getting good. In my personal opinion, belonging to a network is a must for newbs. As you grow smarter and can generate more rev, only then start looking to cut out as many middlemen as possible. But networks provide a lot of value...thats why they are there!

I would definitely start out by talking to your affiliate manager like some others have said.

If I knew what traffic sources you wanted to utilize I could suggest some niches.

I'd suggest though that you try to start out small - with lower paying offers so it's cheaper for you to test and get some campaigns making money.

The biggest step is to just take action - get out there and run some campaigns.
