POF giving me a hard time?

Dear Warriors,

After having invested in Mike Morgan's POF WSO and CPA Traffic Dojo, I spent the last two weeks going through the courses, making sure I understood every damn thing and finally, today, I just created my very first POF ad campaing, with 5 creatives. All creatives have different images but same text copy, as I am split testing images first.

However, all 5 were rejected and the reason cited was:

"Prohibited Content: Ad text contains sexual content, 100% Free, Singlesnet.com, "plenty of", Obey, references POF or promotes alcohol/drug use"

However, the CPA offer I am promoting, is SingleParentsMeet.com, from NeverBlue. This offer was provided by CPA Traffic Dojo was one of their turnkey top converting campaigns, so I decided to give it ago.

Here's one of the creative I submitted for approval:

I just do not understand WHY I am being disapproved. I've tweaked the ad copy 3 times already, but they keep getting disapproved.

Can someone please help me out here and tell me what I am doing wrong?

Regards
Mister Bryan

We are the wrong people to be talking to. Talk to ben. I believe his email is ben ~at~ pof.com or ben ~at~ plentyoffish.com

I have been using POF for a while now and if I had to bet I would say that it's because they think that your ad seems to be promoting a POF's service or something related to them.

    Maybe...

    Are You A Single Daddy?
Meet beautiful single moms in your area who want to meet up for love, relationships or more. Sign up for free and meet them today!

When you use the term "sign up" or "register" it indicates that the service that you are promoting doesn't belong to POF, since the person already has a POF account.

Try it and let us know if your ads pass.

If you still have problems, contact their support service, they are very helpful and will clarify all your doubts.

    Hi,

While the above two posters are correct that you need to add "register now" or something similar at the end of your add the message that YOU have received relates to your image. You get a different rejection message when they want you to add "register now" to your copy.

Actually, I receive this exact same message when I try to submit an and without "Join now" or something similar and they consider that it should have this call to action.

"Prohibited Content: Ad text contains sexual content, 100% Free, Singlesnet.com, "plenty of", Obey, references POF or promotes alcohol/drug use"

They may consider that your ad is misleading people making them believe that it's advertising a POF service.

after submitting the ads. i get this..

        ""
Reference to PoF: Ads appearing to be a part of Plentyoffish.com must have an action (sign up, register).""

        What do means?

I think it's quite clear. You have to add a call to action, "Sign up now!" or something like that in your ad text.

Ben is the way to go for all things POF. The image is probably showing too much cleavage (some get through, most do not), and the ad copy probably needs some tweaking, as well. Good luck!

If I dont get images through I just make a duplicate campaign till they get excepted they dont tend to ever except it if you submit it in the same campaign but over all there are only a handful of images I havnt got through and I generally try to go for as much cleavage as possible

Yeah POF can give you a hard time sometimes. Definitley ad "sign up for free" because you will need that either way. Other than that there is no telling. I will say I have had tons of WAYY more provocative images approved on the first go than that one. On the other hand sometimes an image that has already been approved for another creative gets rejected for another one. Also after repeatedly re-submitting some of them will get approved eventually.
