  • Hey, lots of great resources there. What I like best is that you have a plan. Most people go into a strategy blind, without a clear plan or vision. So good on you for taking the extra step and building a strategy.

of course this strategy will likely evolve as you learn more!

    • Thanks guys

i'm trying to keep organized the plan according to my daily time now..i will post the results from time to time here...

Another crucial question here for Kenster, did u do keyword research for every youtube campaign and each videos or sometimes or no need?

      Thanks Kenster the Super Warrior!
  • A lot of people do, but I didnt. For me, it was literally just pumping out a crazy number of videos I figured I could get more views doing 10x the number of videos than spend 10x the time on each video doing basic seo/keyword research.

For me it was pure volume, nothing special, no real tricks, just volume

Keep organized bud and keep us posted on what works and doesnt for you!

    • OK... how, exactly, do you go about creating *THOUSANDS* of videos?!

How in the world do you find enough topics?

And, even if you're just doing (lame) Animoto videos, where do you find the thousands of images it would take to put that many videos together (without violating copyrights)?

You guys are boggling my mind!

  • I use video marketing a lot - my No.1 method. I use videos to offer free downloads from my music site to make people want to go to my site. They are getting sthg free but i get paid for those downloads (all legal) - basically i make my own music and give it away then i also have cpa offers on the site. So its a win win situation for them because they get free music and can apply for free products too.

My best performing CPA campaign came from Youtube marketing.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
    • [1] reply
    • man,are you using fileserve for getting paid per download?

      thanks
  • Dude I'll be the first to tell you that $250 a day is EXTREMELY hard to get to. The problem now a day with Youtube and cpa offers is Youtube will close your account if they think its spam. And you will never really findout why they closed your account or what you did wrong. I've had accounts closed down that had 823572308574820 videos on it.

And man it hurts when that happens!

The other problem is alot of offers you run on there will die down after a couple of weeks or months. And you have to get back on the drawing board. I've had months where I've made $900-$1,000 and others only $80!!

So its very random so be ready for that. Goodluck

  • I read the number game thread and on tat very thread i think all the info about video marketing is top class. Yes I do Agree with kenster, In simple words Number of videos and accounts matters a lot. while doing your promotion in YT just remind that If you promote your offers and videos on big scale dn output will also be double for sure. and the most important thing is that YT is almost Free and very cheap source to generate unstoppable income. Either you are promoting CPA Offer or Affiliate Product. And on this very Thread OP just provide awesome source to kick up your earning with youtube. .

@ all others who are thinking to get start their work on youtube, I must say, By reading such Information If you not gonna earn anything from youtube dn there is nothing for you out there on Youtube. Both the Threads are full super information So, Now, Stop reading and start acting. Bcoz you action matters a lot.
    • [1] reply

    • Absolutely. I pursued the power of numbers, duplication strategy, but as you read in the HOW TO BE A CPA MILLIONAIRE PART II thread, there is an opposite strategy of creating few videos but working them hard to get them viral. Both work fine, its a matter of what you want to do!

And yes, jsut start doing. Make mistakes, you will stink at first, its how it must be done though!

      ~ken
  • that's great info but have you actually made a lot of money using the above strategies? Plus, how much time is involved to execute everything. It just stuns me!
  • thanks...
    it's really a good info..
  • It is a very good strategy, I am working on it myself, But the conversion are not that great, so you need to basically work on volumes here.. Very good info though!
    • [1] reply
    • Kenster's technique of the power of numbers has been successful for him and others, and it makes sense because of the large numbers of videos involved.

I have taken the 'viral' route using humor and it is very time consuming as well. Trial and error has shown me that I must adjust for new ways to drive traffic to my videos. Always testing and learning. There are better ways to do most everything and be more productive.

It is easy to give up (have come close myself a few times), and always harder to succeed. Which is better? Nothing is gained by stopping something that has good potential.

    • [1] reply
    • You are just weird.. LOL ( j.k. )

Seriously though, you know that this video is a hit. When a series of videos has that many views, and so many comments ( including haters ), it is a matter of time before it gets recognized virally.

I know that Youtube marketing is one of the most profitable and attractive ways to make money online for free. But it really takes time to create your own twists, and it needs creativity to attract a lot of Youtube viewers on a specific niche. In my own experiment, I did failed on getting conversions but getting a good amount of views. But it doesn't stop me from losing my own fire to re-shuffle my own puzzle.

  • So you using only animoto to make a videos for your campaign?
You have paid version or not?

    Also thanks for great info
    • [1] reply

    • i have paid version..Animoto is one of the choice..not the only choice
  • They do okay if you have the volume. The reason they are sometimes tough is because people from youtube dont want to go reading long sales letters or landing pages, so they dont convert as well as other traffic sources.

    My suggestion...

Focus on keywords and titles that show interest in the topic. Unlike some strategies I do like just put a catchy title just to get any and all traffic, sometimes its better to approach youtube like its a search engine when trying to do higher payout offers. Does that make sense?

    ~ken
    • [1] reply
    • Makes perfect sense Ken .

Started making YouTube videos on 3 CPA trial offers today; they pay $30, $22, and $22. My guess is that I'll need hundreds if not thousands of videos to see any substantial leads.

I can make about 15-20 videos a day, maybe 30 per day if I really put my nose to the grindstone but I know I'll be working on this almost everyday for the next few months to see if this will actually work.

      Wish me luck .
  • Are you guys making only videos in animoto, some small simple videos or you doing something else?
    • [1] reply
    • Animoto is great if your focus is the number of video not the quality of video because you can create many number of videos in a very short time using it...

Your strategy can be the power of number(putting a hell of videos) in youtube or create few quality videos after done keyword research then work on increasing their views.....Both strategy just fine but of course the video annotation tactics will be crucial to make the viewers click your link in description
  • I prefer to use camtasia. I like to turn a 10minute video into 40 videos. Just get a new search term for each one and then shorten it by 1-2 seconds each new video.

I make about 100 videos, then turn them into 4000 videos. I do that in about a day. The next day I just focus on tags/descriptions and uploading.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • Power of Numbers baby!!!

  • You make 100 videos and turn them into 4,000 in a day...wow!

Having any success with video marketing InternetWriter?
    • [1] reply
  • Annotations are great because they don't appear in your thumbnail of the video, however you can easily fix that by remove whatever and adding what you want in the middle of the clip.

    • Hi,

If anyone wants royalty free photos along with ready categories to play with as video titles, then go here : www.public-domain-photos.com

There are 5,000 photos to play with to make at least 100 videos.

I don't know whether it is allowed to use copyrighted music in YouTube but I personally won't take that kind of risk at all.

So I made my own royalty-free music tracks. You can hear it at my blog : www.azman.asia/do-it-yourself-music-royalty-free-the-easy-way/

If you like it and want to use the music for your videos, I give them free with friend-help-friend conditions : click the FB LIKE button on the post and credit me on your videos with www.azman.asia.

Email me after you've clicked FB LIKE. I'll give you the links.

And if you want more, just send me an email.

Here is an example video and music: YouTube - Kenali Anak Kita - Know Our Child
  • I am also interested in youtube promotion, and I would like to know if email/zip submit offers do well if I will end up with more than 1000 videos?
    • [2] replies
    • Hi,

I've read somewhere in Warrior Forum. Someone mentioned that email/zip is not really attractive to visitors. I'm not sure whether this is accurate or not.

The only people who can say whether it converts well or not are the Affiliate Networks. Get some publishers to back that up.

Maybe some other offer types would be more lucrative if you're about to launch 1k videos.

    • I've done email and simple submits with video traffic with great success and great failure. These are very volatile normally and things can change fast and there are many "weird" variables you need to worry about and can't always analyze and explain. Not all your leads will count and these offers turnover often.

But not all is bad. In fact, one of my bigger campaigns when I was starting was a simple submit campaign that took off, so there still is opportunity. The great thing is that if you DO find a good offer, they can convert quite well and you make up for lack of payout in the volume you can pull. Further, these offers are generally the most wide demographic offers there are, making them great for untargeted traffic, which much of video traffic tends to be.

The most important thing when doing 1000+ videos is keeping organization and trying to centralize your campaigns as much as possible so its easy to change up offers whenever they expire. Either through redirects, iframes, whatever, just make sure you have a system to easily run your video campaigns in the future...the point is to put in the work NOW and have minimal work in the future!

  • I never knew the other video and free social bookmarking sites until now. Thank you for sharing this useful information with us! =)
  • I think you can find a balance with quantity by using tracking that balance is slightly harder to find with quality because you may not create enough volume to track, yes I know never ending story part 4

But I think I have the quantity verses quality code cracked and hope this helps anyone who wants it to help them.

If you start with quantity and track the best converting which in result are your quality, right? Then you apply the quantity methods to the new found quality & E=MC2. So in a sense I feel there is not quantity v.s quality argument left to be had they both can leverage each other.

If that confuses you read it again its worth understanding.
  • ok guys

How should we try one offer , how many videos will be enough to say(stop).
In case we don't see any results, or money .
If am promoting a offer and making 40 videos per day in period of 30 days 1200 videos, isn't it too much? or youtube don't will close our accounts?

    Thank you
    Fabio NYC
  • Get started! you have all you need already.. that's the difference maker *if you take action.
  • Well I went into YouTube + CPA Marketing after Market Samurai Keyword Research. And I discovered that YouTube videos rank extremely easily. I make $8 per day with max bounty. Not to bad for 17 years old.
    • [1] reply
    • Yeah, you will need to change up accounts and perhaps IPs etc if you are pumping out lots of videos. I wouldn't do 1200 videos if it isn't converting though. Maybe 20 quality videos or 50 if you are going for the mass approach

As you learn, expand to other traffic sources and hopefully you can retire by 25! Just joking...sort of
  • I had no luck at all promoting zip submits but only tried a couple. There is a WSO by Jonathen Teng that mass produces videos. You upload a bunch of pictures and add keywords and you will get a different video based on every keyword. Works well, but the uploading to YouTube is monotonous!!
  • really nice info. i got all my answer on video promotion for cpa,
  • i just realized that i had over 600,000 views on my 2 months old videos which i uploaded for testing and totally forgot them. and i forgot to put some cpa links on description also damn!

  • Great Thank You So Much
  • awesome tips, very worth for CPA newbie like me..
  • Yeh I have to comment on the "power by numbers" ploy I honestly use to like the idea but that was before putting it into practice.

Now that I've put it into practice I hate the analogy of "power by numbers" and am just being honest. Its almost like telling people to put a blindfold on when they post videos. "Don't worry what your videos show just make them as outrageous as possible, post 5 billion till the day you die, and maybe one day a few of those videos might pay your rent for you".

I mean it seems like a sad strategy for anyone to wanna incorporate.

When I read Kens ebook I also realized the numbers he uses are hyped beyond belief. No way in the world anyone is avging $20 a video I don't care if you submit 10,000 it just does not seem realistic at all. I have likely submitted over a 100 videos so far and still don't have a single conversion. Thats extremely depressing for the people who may not have tried this power by numbers approach yet and were led to believe they could actually avg a figure like that. If you don't know what you're doing, and are just making absurd titles and pumping out as many videos as possible, you're simply not making $20 a video imo cause you have no idea what you are actually doing.

If you want my honest opinion it seems like a recipe for failure.

The reason is simple. That type of method does not teach newbies what is ESSENTIAL to know to actually succeed at video marketing. Do you really think you're going to make good money aimlessly uploading videos everyday? It makes no sense.

Where is the logic for making money? I think the logic is that you are ACCIDENTALLY going to wind up succeeding with a few of those videos right? Say out of 1000 videos maybe 10 take off?
Doesn't this seem like a HUGE and I say HUGE waste of time to most people?
Or moreso, does it even seem neccessary?

    To me it doesn't.

Rather than trying to accidentally succeed through numbers. Maybe people should start trying to employ the "quality is better than quantity approach". Because this quantity over quality approach is just not working for me and I feel like a massive moron doing it.

Over 100 videos and still haven't seen 1 penny avg per video, so again where does this $20 avg come from? No idea.

I am changing up my youtube method 100% and stopping the power by numbers approach today. Its simply not a strategy you can have all these fancy tools to help you but really you're just using tools to help you do more "blind posting".

I think it will DEFINITELY be worth it to focus on content. Just saying "power by numbers" implies a huge degree of ignorance towards what it takes to make an actual converting video imo. Instead of telling people how to make converting videos we just tell them "make 10 million ****ty ones and eventually you'll get lucky".

All I am saying is people really need to focus on the STRATEGY. And if your strategy is just barreling out as many videos as possible ask yourself "why do I even need to do this?"

"Why can't I actually learn how to make converting videos and eliminate this mass posting bs altogether?" We know it only takes a few videos to succeed to make money so why not just skip all the timewasting and MAKE A CONVERTING VIDEO NOW. Thats what I don't get.

Like some people have mentioned in here there are just better techniques. And this is what I'm working on now. You NEED to offer some type of download people want. I have a special way I will be going about this and no longer am I just submitting random videos because it just has not been an efficient use of my time by any means. I'd make more money pan handling on the streets. And its a great way to muck up YT's quality (like anyone cares lol).

It genuinely seems to me you succeed with video marketing when you KNOW how to design a video that makes money, as simple as that (your first video you make if you don't know how to do it what is even the point of submitting thousands of videos then?). Again I just think certain people are calling things a "strategy" on here when they're really strategies for the blind.

Offer an irresistable download. Something A LOT of people would want. Then make them complete an offer to get the download.

If you can perfect that, and yeh some backlinking to rev up the attention, I think thats really all you need to get good at this stuff. All I know is as of today I'm just not submitting any more crap videos that I already know aren't making anything. Total waste of time and not even close to the word "efficient" in my books.

    • Yeah,

you are right almost. What really important here is the ESSENTIAL things to put in the video that make them converts.

      Thanks for sharing.
  • Nice post Marwan, i'm already in youtube CPA but i learned some things, thanks!
  • Hey everyone, ya making videos can be work that is for sure. I have moved to using Windows Live Movie Maker so I can make HD videos. I have a Automotive Repair channel and making some money with G. Adsense.

Looking here for some feedback on if it would be worth it to re-do my videos in a foreign language i.e. Spanish...
I have over 100 videos now, I thought I could pay someone to do voice-overs on the videos.

(I have done a couple affiliate marketing vids. for like mango berry, with no luck, but I have been a shiny object chaser. )

    Opinions?
And, does YT show foreign language ads?? Would foreign language speakers click on English ads?

I may just do like 5 of my most popular ones to test.

    Thanks!
    Todd
