Is it still profitable to be promoting Gaming related CPA offers?

Hey guys, I was wondering since the video game market is already very saturated, is it still possible to pull some decent numbers advertising online gaming or game rental CPA offers.

I was thinking PPC would probably be the most profitable route, but that would require a fairly large budget to get started. In terms of free traffic, I would use mainly video marketing and social media to drive traffic to my landing page.

If anyone has been having good success promoting in this niche, please feel free to share any tips or advice on the best possible ways to get started.

Thank you.

    Hey Kerron
Yes still you can make a good profit, if you have targeted traffic. For game related offers Social Bookmarking works fine(Digg and Stumbleupon)
Be careful with Google adwords, they always trigger CPA web sites as Ad bridge. I think you better to start with PPV.

My experience with games is limited to online RPGs and a few other similar things, but this is a huge market that spends a lot, so I can't see how games can be not a profitable niche.

    Hi ,
Gaming niche has become our Number 1 niche last year ,
and it made us a lot of money with FB apps , MMO's and Skill games.

Like the guys wrote here , It depends a lot on the way you generate your traffic , If youre buying banners media on Exchange platforms ( Rmx ) You can hit the pot with it .

Very much so. We have some affiliates doing over 10k leads a day on game installs. Hardest part is getting allocation allotted to you on the good games.

There's a lot of money in the gaming niche if you can figure it out.

I know a lot of people use youtube and other video sites to find game reviews etc. Has anyone tested conversions from using this traffic source?

Gaming is the BIGGEST niche out there...it's like almost impossible not to make money off of it.

Even Mike Filsaime demosrated a Starcraft 2 campaign.

Halo Reach is currently popular now.

You can and will make money if you're in the gaming niche. The best form of entertainment known to teens and young men (and women, too).

CPM is good too on gaming related forums and highly traffic sites.
Also don;t forget yahoo and msn ppc.
I have a gaming site and it gets 1000 organic visitors from yahoo and msn per day. Even more than google.

Hustleflow can you maybe tell me what methods of promotion do you use or have had success with, without actually giving away your exact method.

Gaming is a huge niche - and it's here to stay. There's not nearly enough coverage of solid games here in the US - it's a much larger market over in Europe.

I think we'll see it start to pick up a lot over the next year or so.

    Hello Fellow Warriors,

What types of CPA offers are good for the gaming niche? Do zip code offers work well?

Say I do a game review on video, post it to YouTube and then redirect the traffic to a zip offer does that work at all? Some of these zip offers pay out over a dollar each.

Just looking for a way to dip my toes into CPA with the gaming or even movie niche.

Thanks to all in advance for your replies.

I agree that gaming is huge, and I consider gaming-related zip submits to be good offers. It's an expensive hobby, and gamers are always looking to get something for free.

I'm a gamer myself (recently playing Halo: Reach)

IMO Yes, you can go ahead Gaming Niche is Huge. it can be your main work too. you should not worry about the offers. you can find Games related offers very easily just switch to offervault. you will get loads of offers even international offers too. and about Social Networking sites and Youtube it will work for sure.

loads of people looking for videos in youtube and social networking sites. you can have any kind user on these sites. The thing you need to before your project is "Be Prepare" Youtube is very potential and it has wider scope for Gaming Niche. you can make huge Money. Good Luck Mate.
