Is CPAlead the only company that can show different CPA offers based on the visitors' location?

I've decided the best route to take in CPA is to use CPAlead's content blocking widget because it shows relevant offers for each visitor based on their geographic location.

Am I wrong? But if i create a great page for let's say a Canadian Cash4Gold offer, and I end up getting US traffic too... the US traffic isn't going to see an offer at all. The idea of that drives me crazy.

I know that with PPC I could fix that but I'm not ready for PPC yet. Just using Facebook and SEO for now.

Any other suggestions, ideas or opinions?

    You can try adscendmedia, It has a tool named "SuperURL", you can create a super url and add offers from different GEO location. You can send visitors to different offers depending on their country.
