Should I Direct My Traffic Right To Merchant's Landing Page-CPA?

Hi,
I've got a slight question. In promoting CPA offers, should I refer traffic, from Adwords/Facebook camps, directly to the merchant's landing page or my landing page. So what is the problem in doing so?

It really depends on the offer. If it's something I want to build a list for I will set up a lead capture landing page then send the person to the offer. For zip and email submits I usually don't do any list building though.

You can direct link CPA offers on AdWords but if someone else is direct linking the same offer and has a higher bid than you... your ad just won't show. Facebook allows direct linking but it's a HUGE hassle to get your ads approved sometimes.

Not most of the time. Actually they provide a hoop url for the landing pages. No direct, but a redirect. This is done so that the clicks and commissions will be determined.

You better ask them for the url.

If you want to get the best result , it is recommended that you use your landing page.

It's preferred to test both landing pages and direct-linking. Most CPA campaigns don't allow direct-linking so check with your affiliate manager. In addition its almost impassible for an affiliate to do direct linking via Adwords.

    UTOBC,

Hey, Yes I agreed with above warriors, you should go with both the tacts either its Direct Linking or landing Page. I did work such work in past. Even in Some of my OFFLINE Methods i used both the facts and believe me both worked and converted almost on same ratio. Reason behind it Nature of the Offer. So, For few offers you have to create Review Page and on the other side for some other Offer direct liking can be convert like hell. So, Both techniques Rocks from core but you have to select right offer and right method of promotion from both.

    Thanks
    Regards,
    Sumit

Testing is the only real way to answer on any individual campaign, but I'd highly recommend you read these two threads:
