Anyone Know How To Track Conversions

Hey Guys,
I am direct linking 3 clickbank products (rotated) and i was wondering how do i track conversions of clickbank products on ppv (trafficvance) through prosper 202?

I don't see anywhere in the clickbank interface on adding a postback url or tracking pixel to the thank you page?

Can anyone guide me on this?

Thanks ahead of time.

Robert

Use the clickbank TID (tracking id)
Just grab your link with any ID in the end, for example "1", and change it (the number "1") to send the keyword or website address to clickbank tracking.

For example in DirectCPV there is a "{keyword}" phrase that will send back what keyword people used and saw you site.
So I just enter it like this:
    something.hop.clickbank.net/?tid={keyword}

    It worked for me.

Ok, I think we're on the same page, but will this track conversions?

For example, i setup my clickbank links in prosper 202 to rotate through 3 offers, then when i put my url in traffic vance i added the {KeyWord} tag at the end so the urls that were showing would be recorded in prosper.

But this will only track the urls where the ad is being displayed, not the conversions. I know you have to place either a pixel or postback url on the order form "thank you" page in order for the pixel to fire, I just don't know how to do this in clickbank.

LEt me know what you think.

I don't work a lot with CB products anymore, so I may be wrong, but I think that it's not possible to do what you are trying to do. In order to track conversions with P202 you need to use a pixel (or postback URL), which is not possible with CB (or I'm wrong?).

The best alternative you have is do what the other member suggested and use TIDs to track from where your conversions are coming so that you can optimize your campaign.

Ok, I kind of figured this was the case. It's not really that essential because i am only targeting a few domains anyway. Thanks for your help guys.

Or you can get in touch with the merchant and tell him you wanna add a pixel to there lander. Most of the time they will say no though.

I remember watching a video called ''Screw Google'' Where they should how to track CB conversions when Direct linking. You might wanna google it.

Now days many companies are allowing you to place your own conversion pixel (with approval of course), as well as use postback URL for server to server tracking.

Off the top of my head I know Affiliatewise does this..
