Facebook Advertising is this what I think it is?

Hey guys recently I have noticed that on facebook there are 160x600 banners on there site. Now is this through facebook or through google? And if it is through google does this mean I can setup a 160x600 image ad and use the site placement to target facebook?

just wondering if anyone knows anything about this, thanks in advance

      You have to contact Facebook, they have applications that help you design your banner
