I want to have an opt in page collecting leads off of the Google Content Network

Allowed, disallowed, Gray area?

how can it be done without a slap. someone who actually knows what they are doing want to help?

    Opt-in is definetely allowed by Google. I use it to promote free trials. You just have to have some good content, put useful information on your landing page and you will have no problems.
