can you copy paste CPA offer's landing page ?

could you borrow lot of items from CPA offer's landing page in to your own domain ?

for example, lets say I want to promote free scholarship offer.

I copy the cpa offer's landing page and put it into myscholarshipssite dot com

is this allowed ? I really don't know what to put on my landing pages and think the cpa offer's landing page is already good.

also on my landing page, how do I gather form input and automatically post it to the cpa offer so the USER doesn't have to fill out the form again on the cpa offer ?

or do I just put a
Code:
vosmd.com/click/?s=09
(tracking link) to the offer page in my landing page ?

thank you.

    It depends on the advertiser (the one with the CPA offer). Most of the time, they're more than happy to get you to do well because it means they do well, too. This is, of course, assuming you aren't doing anything to bring in garbage traffic like a bait-and-switch.

    Worst comes to worst, they'll ask you to take it down.

    This depends on the page. If it's submitting the form via a "GET", then it's much easier. You just have to fill out all the details like you said (ex: cpaoffer.com/page.php?parameter1=lbhahlb&parameter2=blhblha).

    If it's a "POST", then you might be able to get away with setting your <form>'s "action" (<form action="http://www.cpa.com/theirform.php">) to whatever they have for theirs. I'm not entirely sure if you can submit forms to a remote page on another server. I've never tried.

    I'd just run your custom LP through the network/advertiser;
    shouldn't be a problem since you are helping them get leads

    Ive done this before without any problem. I've even taken it one step further and takenthe underlying code and used that and replaced with my own images and colours then sent Youtube traffic to it.

    Some advertisers may allow you to get elements from their pages. However, their pages are copyrighted and often times it won't be possible. So always contact your affiliate manager before doing this.

    Always ask the person you are getting the offer from. In some cases they would allow it, and in others it will be strictly forbidden. Some advertisers have strong brands that they must protect, and having someone build a jump page ripping off their own product/brand would be a definite no-no.
