This is an extremely broad question, and the answers would go on for pages and pages. Are you looking for ideas, etc. Take a look at the forums here for a lot of ideas, success stories, etc. You can learn quite a bit from that. There are tons of ways to promote CPA offers. You can build a list in a niche and send offers to your list, you can put up a blog and write articles relating to your offers, etc. Sorry I know this isn't very specific, but I think the question needs to be more specific to get more pointed information.

It's to vague for us to answer. I can say that I use PPC to promote CPA offers, but I doubt that it would help you.

Make some research on the forum, find out more about the free and paid methods that people are using and then decide on what you want to get started with.

The two major ways are through ppc and ppv. You have asked such a broad topic that it will literally take days to answer you completely.

it depends on which area you want to master.
i can say that most marketers are a master of one. either ppc or ppv.
