You can do it with either the codebreaker software (which typically offers more flexibility as you can pick incentivized offers from any network without having to worry about whether they have built-in locking) or use something like Blam Ads, which I feel is a LOT more reputable than cpalead.

I suggest not using BHCB or similar. Most scripts of that sort merely open after x seconds, rather than getting confirmation that a lead has actually occurred.

CPALead is the biggest content locking network but they do ban for black hat which is why they don't pay some people.

Use a small network like blam ads if your methods are questionable

I've just bought blackhat code breaker-script to lock your webpage contents with the ask-to-take action on cpa offers! Can anyone confirm whether the technique is acceptable by cpa network & advertiser or not? I don't use this kind of script yet as I am quite new to cpa and afraid of getting banned by the network who approved me! Anybody experienced with this here? Thanks

I have a new free service called Deadbolter launching very soon that will blow BHCB and any other service out of the way. It is remotely hosted and all you'll need to do is submit a postback URL to your network and include a single line of JavaScript on your pages. I'll post about it later on this week as it is finished up.

@expl0it8z I've been accepted by at least 5 networks in the last 48 hours however CPA lead told me to contact them but can never get through maybe it would be better if I went through you as a referral.

Nothing is free, but immediately resorting to "How can I make money?" when you're coming up with a helpful product or service will probably turn you straight towards failure.

There's plenty of ways to monetize a website like that, on-site ad placement is just a simple example.

I'd recommend Dollarade, I've been doing really well with them, consistent payouts and good amount of offers.

BLAMads is also a good choice.
