Looking for some help with SEOPressor

Hey guys, i need a bit of help with SEOPressor, i bought it today and i have a bit of a problem. All my posts have a score of 6% And i needed to know how i should add these things to my posts, but it IS a video blog so it makes it harder.

    The only way to add those items would to write a description of the video and add them to the text content. Seo smart links will link into your existing content but SeoPressor won't show that it does. Like it says more words needed
