Ad Networks That Allow Exit Popups?

I was about to do some banner advertising but noticed that the networks I signed up to have strict rules for landing pages. Mainly, they don't allow exit popups, nor email opt-in forms, unless it's to directly make a purchase.

Since I intended on linking to my own domain that is a clever redirect that also has an opt-in form popup, this proves cumbersome. The main page of the site I'm promoting has exit popups too.

If I created a landing page that forces visitors to click an extra link to go to the product site, I fear that it would affect conversions in a bad way. I know that if you have a good enough landing page, you can get a decent portion of them to click, but it's too much of a risk in my eyes, considering that most of them likely wouldn't bother.

So if anyone knows of ad networks that do allow exit popups and opt-in forms on the pages you link to, please share! I really appreciate it.

If you're doing banner advertising try to set direct deals with site owners.

There are some platforms that allow exit popups, but it can be misleading to suggest them without knowing exactly what you're doing.

Generally they do, however, ask your affiliate manager. You have to remember it's the advertising networks such as Google. They are extremely against pop ups. They will ban your account as crazy as it sounds.

Sweet, just set it up with AdOn. I actually had them in my list already, but hadn't created a campaign yet. And targeting individual site owners is a great idea as well - just a bit more work involved.
