Which CPA company has SIMPLE surveys or email submits?

Ok so I have some free games which get millions of downloads collectively I'm trying to monetize with CPA. I am trying my best to get it done with blamads, but so far my users have reported an endless survey loop, where they keep getting taken to another page or another survey, and they can never get my content unlocked.

Is there a company that has some real basic easy to use surveys or email submits that make the experience for my user as easy and pleasant as possible?

Nothing against blamads, but I'm not sure it is the best fit with the CPA I've tried thus far. My users are most likely interested in books, movies, vampire stuff, and FPS, RPGS, fantasy stuff, and probably fast food, computers and technology.

Maybe I set it up wrong, but so far nobody has been able to get my content due to endless surveys which scare off my users. I think an email submit would suffice, but blamads only had a couple of those which require special approval to even try.

Any other companies out there that have non intrusive offers?

    I don't think I've ever been in a CPA network which doesn't have first page submits / e-mail submits / zip submits. It depends on the location of the traffic to be honest, if you contact most affiliate networks, they'd be happy to let you know how many offers they have for certain niches. Although from the sound of it, your going to want to go with a incentive CPA network, such as CPALead, although I'd be a bit weary of them right now, checked out Lead Bolt.

    I believe the best bet is talk to some cpa networks to find these offers. Based on my experience, the following cpa networks have many e-mail submits offers:

    PeerFly
    LFM network
    FluxAds
    Addrive

      You can use CPA Lead and such networks and let the users collect "points" instead of cash, then by collecting points they can play / get rewards.
      Or if you're not even going to give the users anything in return to filling your survey - you can just use CPA to earn yourself and give them a free game

      max bounty has a descent amount of email and zip submits, you could always use your own offers(from a network) and a selfhosted content gateway, the is a wso called cpa convert by brad mc bard(no affiliation) just recently upgraded.

      Yes, it sounds wonderful, but there is no way I will get millions of downloads if the user has to enter their cell phone, address, email, and much more 10x before they can get my content. They will close it out after a page or two. I just want a simple email submit and done. Not endless questions.

      I'm talking to a few gents right now, if their offers are not what they promise, I'll certainly take a look at max bounty.

        I've got half a dozen direct partners in the email submits space along with over 2 dozen gaming direct partners and I personally work with affiliates on this type of traffic to help them monetize so if you get in a bind not getting what you want give me a shout

      For some reason, I often look to Maxbounty when it comes to email submits. They have a few incentive offers, but I generally go for non-incentive. They seem to get the newest offers on the latest trend (whether it be the latest Apple product, video game, etc.). If something starts converting well with MB, I'll check to see if I can get it at a higher rate on my main networks.

    Ok, so let me be just a little more specific. I need CPA email submits WITH a content lock. Basically something like leadbolt, but the user only has to put their email in, and doesn't have to enter their cell phone # where the fine print says they will get charged 9.99 a month, etc.

    I want a decent payout, perhaps 50 cents to a dollar or so, for an email submit offer with content unlocker tech.
