Thank you for the response. As usual, COPEAC has always been very responsive. Let me summarize the situation.

I have a website which focuses on derivative scripts of LUA, a type of Multimedia Programming Language. Developers use the scripts to extend features of software applications. Out of many categories, my forte is for Presentation & Training applications. These scripts are considered as the fundamental kick-start for newbies, or otherwise users will have to struggle for weeks to learn.

These scripts were personally made by me as part of my contribution to the community of a few hundred thousands users. They come mainly from the regions I mentioned. But there were quite a following from North America too.

There were hundreds of downloads per day for the past few years. But this has changed.

Some weeks ago I content lock it without thinking much, as I was extremely excited about CPA. There were conversions and these were from the US only. Logically, it means the Content Lock offers cater for US only. International were just denied entry and sent to Smiley Centrals.

Upon deeper thought yesterday, I felt very bad because I have denied thousands of users from the opportunity to learn new skills. I can imagine the sort of feeling they have towards me now.

There were more than 10,000 back-links to my site from software forums in foreign languages, not as signatures but as recommended links. So they are serious.

If there are Content Locking that can cater for the mentioned regions, then I would be very happy to take the opportunity. Otherwise, I will have to simply unlock it in the next few days.

Other than the Multimedia Scripts, I have 2 groups of content to lock.

1. Learn Religious Recitals Online. Getting few hundreds of visitors per day. Eventhough the content is in Arabic & Malay, international visitors are coming from Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, Singapore, Phillipines, Canada, UK, NZ, Australia and North Africa.

So the intolerable offers and unacceptable REDIRECTs for this group are to sites having to do with gambling, alcohol, adult and dating ( lol ) .

2. Training Content & Application related to Drug Prevention, Rehab & Intervention. The content are psycho-social training in Malay & English. Currently the related sites are getting visitors from all over the world as it is affiliated with international NGOs, drug agencies and the UN.

So the intolerable offers and unacceptable REDIRECTs for this group are sites leading to pharmaceuticals, alcohol and gambling.

FYI. I am rejected for the 2nd time by Ascend Media.

The reason is a canned message to the effect " PROMOTION METHOD IS UNCLEAR ".

I have clearly stated all about my content in the Application. My CONTENT is not about selling something, it is SHARING POPULAR CONTENT with a special interest group - users.

Therefore, there is NO NEED FOR PROMOTIONS by PPC, PPV or whatever.

The PROMOTION IS ORGANIC where I already have READY TRAFFIC from multiple software forums.
