Will my site be approved for adsense?

I need your opinion on my site and if it is ready for adsense.
Site link is in my signature.

I don't know if these stats are important but here they are
My Site Stats are:
Started on December 25, 2010
Last months visitors: 109
This Months Visitors: 205
RSS Subscribers: 1

I want to submit it to adsense but I don't want to be denied my questions are
Do you think it will be approved?
If not what should I improve?
Is my site to new, how long should it be before submitting?
If I am denied can I submit it again?

  Trust they dont care about the traffic. They will be more concered about the actual site. If it has content. Content is king with them. I was not approved for an account based on my lack of content. And really at the time I did not know that was the THE reason for the deny. I definately had no traffic and what I thought was content.
  Moving forward I created another site. I filled it with content. Posts/articles and ads and links. Then I applied again. I was happy when they accepted me. I did not have traffic, but they appoved me.
