Anyone Else Having Issues with HealthConverter.com?

Hey Guys,

Anyone having issues with HealthConverter?

Payment is almost two weeks overdue, and on top of that, I've had close to 25% of leads shaved off as 'fraud'. I've been doing free trials for the past 2-3 years and not a single lead has been brought to my attention as fraud. Only use top tier search engine traffic.

Anyone else have a problem w/ them not paying on time or getting leads shaved?

Amir

Amir, you're account at Health Converter was suspended and leads rejected due to the quality of the traffic. Currently your rebill % is around 17%, which falls around 33% below the min. threshold in the industry.

Please advise as to the affiliate managers you work with from other networks so we can verify that this was an isolated incident. We'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt here.

      Hi Healthconverter,

I have applied to your network 3 weeks ago. No answer.

Right now I've almost completed my new blog on Drug Abuse Prevention. It is a guide for parents to prevent their teens from drugs.

In 2 days time, the site will be completed and launched live.

My planned traffic are for parents between the age of 35 to 55. So we can figure out the sort of CPA offers for people of that age and condition.

Sleep disorders, anxiety, migraine, back-ache, anemia .. etc etc etc ..

I have placed some CPS offers and Adsense. But I lack the suitable mix of CPA offers as well as a gateway for various content I have.

Shall I re-apply? Will you be interested to let me in?

Well, well, well. This is too interesting.

I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt too.

    Let's look at what happened:

1- I've successfully generated over six figures on free trials alone over the past two years with some of the top CPA networks.
2- I only use tier 1 search engine traffic.
3- I've never had an issue with any of the leads that I've generated before even w/in your own network.

    But more interestingly:

1- I am never told that there was any issues with my account.
2- No one responds to my emails/sms's, IM about why payment is late
3- Account continue to work just fine, and I continue to send more and more leads that I am paying for out of pocket (I wonder who's profiting from that?)
4- I only get a response about what's happening from you when I post in a public forum.

Conveniently, when I point to this issue in a public forum, my account gets blocked.

    What would you think sir?

Can you please respond to my emails or phone calls so we can get this worked out.
    Amir

Btw, the leads in question were sent from Dec 10th onwards. So the rebill date hasn't hit yet. How can you any measure of rebill rate being below industry average?

I've driven loads of leads with Convert2Media, EWA, AzoogleAds, Copeac without a single hitch!

A quick update for anyone who's been following this. Justin the owner of HealthConverter just called me and they're investigating the claims of the advertiser about the traffic being low quality. Meanwhile he went ahead and sent the payment.

I really appreciate and respect him taking the time to deal with this and make sure all parties involved are dealt with fairly.

Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this very soon.

Actually, I've put all the information together in one big report that I am going to put on the company blog. Sort of a reminiscent post about some of the donkeys we dealt with in 2010.

          Ruck,

          Your tip is a lifesaver.

Hi Azmanar, please contact Colten@HealthConverter.com to have your application rereviewed. Health Converter moved to an invite only affiliate network. In order to get approved you'll need to get referred to us by an active affiliate.

Amir - although your traffic quality fell below our threshold for rebills for this quarter, we're going to reactivate your account. We will open up the hard offers but at this time cannot open up the trials to your account.

Historically you've done very well on trials and you are a valued publisher here at Health Converter. Welcome back to the team.

      Hi HealthConverter,

      Thank you for the respond.

I was recommended by a number of people in WF to apply with HealthConverter. I wasn't invited by any Affiliate.

I even see you decide on the kind of threshold someone needs to get in HealthConverter.

From those 2 points, I'm already out of your league.

So I guess that's it. I don't have to waste Colten's or my time by re-applying.

    Hi Azmanar,

We're not out of your league, it's just the model for the platform. We have a handful of publishers that hit volumes of 5-8 figures a month.

Our advertisers request higher volumes and wish not to open their offers up to multiple affiliates - for risk of traffic quality etc.

When you're ready we are more than happy to bring you on. Till then, please check out these two blogs to get you up to speed:

Healthconverter claims they are the biggest are largest health and beauty network around. But i beg to differ with yet another lie their spreading. Anyone who associates with scam artist Gary Mc Neely cant be running an honest shop. There are bigger and larger networks out there, ones that dont steal sales and pay on time.

This company is nothing but a SCAM in the 1st degree.

      1) They shave sales and are dishonest about it.
      2) Their dashboard and reporting system is for the birds. Youll see a sale then suddently its gone from your dashboard. Even after you send them pixel fire proof they will either ignore your email to claim the sale never happened.
      3) They never pay on time. Up to two weeks late on more than one occassion and late 3 other months in succession without any explanation.
      4) They dont reply to emails.
      5) Their entire outfit is a huge scam. They are in the business to scam their affiliates pretty much.

Healthconverter is a disgrace and an absolute SHAM and should be investigated for fraud and avoided at all costs. In fact, the more you search on the net; use keywords "healthconverter scam" more dirty business you will find.

Affiliates are quickly learning that they should stay clear of Justin and Michael Watsons scammy operation.

Healthconverter loves to take Markethealth products, rebrand them, then pawn them off as their own. Then, when they see fit, they stop running those scammy trail offers resulting in sales that come to a complete halt. After you have worked so hard to advertise their scammy products and to build backlinks your time is a big wasted effort.

They have started posting articles and blog posts in a desperate effort to clear their names. But, its not working. Affiliates who have been taken for large sums of money eg websites such as healthconvertersucks.com where its reported HC took her for 3600.00 and others are popping up all over the place.

As for myself, i will be taking legal action against them for fraud. I have enough proof to whack a lawsuit on Justin S. and Michael W. a lawsuit that will make their heads spin. I intend to recoup shaved sales plus more in a court of law where i have actual customer invoices as proof yet have NO sales for those days. Undenyable proof that they are scamming us for those lousy $30 sales. I hope they good lawyers!!!

      Good day.

Interesting thread, especially so of course for those who operate in that arena.

          Strange behaviours in my opinion.

But, it is not my area of expertise, so I will not go further than "Whoever said "There is only one chance to make a first impression"?".

Shortly after I signed up to work with Health Converter I got an email from my affiliate manager introducing herself as "your hot affiliate manager". The email included provocative poses.

I had only put up a couple links and the lack of professionalism just turned me off the site, so I didn't do anything with them. Then some time later, I noticed I was given a new affiliate manager. I decided to put up some of their offers on a new site I have.

When I tried to log in, I saw my account was blocked. Very unprofessional to block someone without notice. I do very well with affiliate products and my new site is ranking high for many terms. I was going to give them another chance but their loss.

Anyway, after reading this thread, I wrote them and happily I received a prompt response and fast payment for a sale I had made from one of the early links I put up.

Hope you all are able to resolve things and get paid.

MarketHealth pay you and have some great offer.

but HealthConverter is a scam. they block my account with no notification.then i email them ,they don't reply.

then i threat them say if they don't reply me i will take this issue to public forum. at last, they reply me say " The accounts have been blocked just until we get the integration of the new CRM in place. The HC backend is under construction because of this. Hopefully things will be finished within the next week or so."

    but now 3 weeks passed,i still be blocked.and i email them,they still don't reply.

Nice very nice to see the administrator delete my thread about Healthconverter. Talk about CENSORSHIP in the 21st century. This is very unfair and i would like to know why????? Does this mean that HC and the WARRIOR forum work together?

There is nothing wrong with uncovering the truth about SCAMMER affiliate companies and posting about it. Why is that wrong?

Thank you for posting your questions and comments.

In January Health Converter moved to an invite only private affiliate network. This move transpired for several reasons:

      1. 2% of Health Converter affiliates push 98% of the volume.
      2. In order to continue to attract the top advertisers in the space, from large corporate brands such as Guthy Renker to Atlantic Coast Media, we could no longer run the risk of bringing on new publishers without a strong referral.

As you are aware, there is an abundance of affiliate fraud in this space. Even with call verifications and other measures in place, networks from Clickbooth to Epic Direct have discovered that fraudulant affiliates devise measures to get their foot in the door. It's because of that reason almost all of the advertisers in the Health and Beauty vertical no longer advertise with these networks.

The only way to gain access to those offers is through top notch networks such as AdsDirect.com, MillionaireNetwork.com, Ads4Dough.com, and HealthConverter.com. Even if you're a publisher on those networks, you still have to go to great measures to gain access to those offers - which are all on private.

Approximately 3,000 affiliates had their accounts suspended at Health Converter in January due to:
      - inactivity
      - lead volume
      - lead quality
